Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Practice

Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Practice

Our litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution practice cuts across a wide spectrum of real life challenges for both our natural clients and the business enterprises that we serve. Our Litigation and Arbitration professionals are experts in dispute resolution and act as legal coun- sel in lawsuits conducted before the courts and in ad hoc arbitration proceedings before the principal domestic and international courts of arbitration.

We defend our clients’ interests in conflict situations and advise them with a view to avoiding potential litigation or arbitration and, where it is unavoidable, ensuring they are in the best possible position.

Our wealth of experience in practically all industries and business areas enables us to adapt to the most diverse situations. We have expert litigators in almost all legal matters and economic sectors, including employment and labor law, family law, immigration law, tax appeals and tax litigation, banking and finance law, intellectual property rights protection and enforcement law, land, property and real estate law among others.
