Employment and Immigration Practice
We routinely and regularly offer a wide range of employment and immigration related services under the Corporate and Commercial Department which works at all times in close collaboration with the NGO and non-profit practice of the firm.
We provide legal assistance in relation to individual and collective employment contracts, internal regulations and policies, confidentiality, restrictive covenants and non-compete agreements, management contracts, health and safety rules and regulations and data protection issues that arise in an employment context. In addition, we also represent clients in employment-related disputes.
Our Immigration services include obtaining and renewal of visas, passes and work permits for both foreign nonprofit expatriate workers and their dependents.
