Samalie Liz Nakasiga is a Legal Associate at TASLAF Advocates with a practice focused on legal and regulatory compliance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. She advises multinational organisations, social enterprises, development partners and investment funds on Uganda's legal landscape — with particular depth in NGO regulation, licensing, data protection, immigration, deregistration and statutory filings. She also works with the SME Legal Facility, supporting small and growing businesses to formalise operations and access growth capital.
