Remmy Wahanze is a Legal Associate on TASLAF's Corporate Finance, Private Equity/M&A and Impact Finance team. His practice lies at the intersection of law and finance, advising financial sponsors, investors and portfolio companies across the full spectrum of equity and debt-linked financing structures — including fund structuring & regulatory compliance, majority and minority equity investments, mezzanine financings, consortium deals, joint ventures, continuation funds, partial exits, carve-outs & spin-offs, restructurings and divestitures. Previously a Private Equity Investment Analyst at a Ugandan PE Fund, Remmy coordinates TASLAF's SME Legal Facility.
